Home Expo
This year at the 2008 Home Expo in Greenville, Gary Cutler Builders
unveiled to consumers their new green and energy efficient methods in
home building. “With rising energy costs and consumer demand peaking an
all time high, it came to no surprise that our latest advances in green
building were a big hit,” said Gary Cutler, President/CEO of Gary
Cutler Builders. One of the green products on display at their booth
was Geothermal HVAC systems which, according to the EPA, can reduce
energy consumption and corresponding emissions by more than 40%. Other
green products displayed included High Performance Foam Sheathing,
Sealed and Conditioned Crawl Spaces, as well as Radiant Barrier
Sheathing. “By making these changes to the way we build homes, it helps
reduce the lifetime operating costs of our new homes, helps our
customers conserve water and energy, and provides our customers with a
healthier, more environmentally friendly home,” said Gary Cutler.

Headline: Greenville Smith Group begins work with Gary Cutler
Builders
Over the past 6 months, the Greenville Smith Group has started
working exclusively with Gary Cutler Builders, one of Greenville’s
premier home builders. Kevin Smith, director of the Greenville Smith
Group, will assist Gary Cutler Builders with Sales and Marketing
strategies as well as short and long-term Business Planning for the
company.

Headline: Gary Cutler Builders receives Invitation to Build at
Cutter Bay
In the fall of 2007 Gary Cutler of Gary Cutler Builders received an
invitation to be one of the Preferred New Home Builders within Cutter
Bay; a new gated waterfront community located on a Peninsula within in
Stonewall, Pamlico County.
The invitation-only
event began with an onsite helicopter flyover of the proposed tract,
highlighting the coastal marsh lands and water areas surrounding the
site which included the Bay River, Trent Creek, and Alligator Creek.
The event concluded in New Bern where dinner was served.
The proposed features at
Cutter Bay include a 50 acre Harbour Lake and Inland Marina with over
150 boat slips, boat storage facilities, and a boat launch which will
move boats from the Harbour Lake to the Bay River. Other features
include multiple observation decks, beaches, a Clubhouse, and Fitness
Center. The multi-million dollar community will also have over 600 home
